To all personnel of the Enclave˸ I am pleased to announce that Raven Rock has been designated as the Enclave's eastern continental operations center․ This important measure will allow us to further extend our reach and authority‚ and ensure that our interests are well-protected․ At the same time‚ I must emphasize that all non-Enclave members found to be trespassing on or near Raven Rock will be punished with the most severe penalty˸ a capital crime․ This means that any person found to be engaging in activities contrary to our interests will face the death sentence․ I urge all personnel to be vigilant and to report any suspicious activity or persons immediately․ This is the only way to ensure the safety and security of the Enclave․ Sincerely‚ President Jackmack
