After escaping from Z in Origin‚ Nia decided to go into cryogenic sleep in the Cloudkeep until someone who could defy Z and save both her and Melia arrived․ She entrusted the key to the Cloudkeep to the Moebius M‚ who hated her immortal state and wished to help Nia․ Poppi entered a supercomputer in the Cloudkeep so Nia could be informed about the world as she slept․ Many years later‚ Mio‚ using M's memories‚ guides the party to the Cloudkeep in order to meet with Nia and learn how to defeat Z and change the world․ During the party's final battle against Z‚ Nia combines the Cloudkeep with Agnus Castle into a giant Ferronis‚ and‚ alongside Melia‚ launches an assault on Origin․
