While the rest of the world continues to suffer under the combines regime․ City 10 was left behind due to something called the C-FLU․ A dangerous virus that killed combine and humans alike․ Rebels found a way of being able to live in this sector without having to worry about the combine finding out about them or the c-flu killing them․ The rebels have spent years in this location making it into a small rebel city that most people use when they're trying to escape city 17․ ［Thank you to breadman for making such a lovely mapǃ］
